KnowledgePoint appoints Tomas Karlsson as Head of Channel Services

We’re delighted to announce further strengthening of our senior management team with the appointment of Tomas Karlsson as the Head of Channel Services.

In this newly-created position, Tomas will lead the development and management of our relationships with software vendors around the globe. He will be responsible for enabling us to strengthen and add value to our clients’ global training networks.

Ray Brown, Sales & Marketing Director at KnowledgePoint says: “Tomas understands both the education and the software sectors and, critically for us, the confluence of the two. I’m looking forward to working alongside him as he embarks on the next step of his journey at KnowledgePoint. Tomas has considerable experience of working for and alongside a number of software vendors. In this rapidly changing and demanding market I’m confident he’ll build upon this to add value to existing and new relationships.

“Our channel services clients have identified the difference between what is core and what is critical. Our strength lies in delivering the services we are expert in, allowing clients to focus on their core activities. Tomas will be instrumental in enhancing and developing the services we offer at KnowledgePoint.”

Within our channel services business, we develop and deliver a range of services specifically for technology/software vendors to manage their global training networks. We work with a number of vendors, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, support and management of their training networks.

KnowledgePoint provides support services for the learning industry via our three lines of business – print services, digital services and channel services. We deliver learning – the right learning, in the right manner, to the right person, at the right time. We’ve been around for more than 20 years, always in the learning industry, always delivering learning.
