A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic Partner Acquisition Executive to join our Channel Services team

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, proactive, highly focussed individual with a proven and successful track record in winning business and new market development in the IT, Academic and Commercial sectors, ideally channel partners/programs, where you have achieved or exceeded targets and objectives set.

The Partner Acquisition Executive will have responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and successful management of channel partners for Client Programs in both the Academic and Commercial space managed by KnowledgePoint Channel Services. This role may at times require both regional and some international travel.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of new members to the assigned Client Programs across the UK, to include training organisations, corporations, schools, universities, etc. You will be required to create an annual recruitment plan designed to include winning marketing initiatives, event management (exhibitions, trade shows, etc) in order to promote our services to meet and exceed annual recruitment goals, as well as follow up on recruitment leads in the region, converting as many leads as possible into program members.

You will also contribute to onboarding and enablement projects, creating positive and pro-active business relationships with channel partners, drive sales of learning products (courseware, certification, etc) and improve KnowledgePoint’s understanding of business/program challenges and opportunities across the EMEA territory, within both the Academic and Commercial space.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • winning business and new market development in the IT, Academic and Commercial sectors
  • developed successful business development initiatives in the IT, Academic and Commercial sectors
  • key contact relationship management in the Academic and Commercial space
  • compiled and presented forecasts, sales reports and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • contributed to projects and marketing activities
  • worked in multicultural/international environments

The ideal candidate must be assured and driven with excellent commercial flair and strong social and networking skills, and relish the challenge of attaining and surpassing set goals, target revenue and KPIs. You must also be able to demonstrate exemplary organisation and time management skills, the ability to work on your own initiative seeing projects through to conclusion; the ability to research, produce and analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations through verbal and written reports, presentations and proposals; and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM and the Internet. It is also essential that you are able to communicate fluently in English, and ideally in other European languages in a business context.
