Performance Impact Workplace – Update to Version 1.01

You can download and install the Performance Impact Workplace Version 1.01 Update through the Database Utilities program.

Version Requirements

Performance Impact Workplace 1.0 must be installed to use this update program. This update contains important product updates for the PI Workplace product.

Before Installing The Version 1.01 Update

• All users should log out of the PI Workplace program before installing this update. The update process requires exclusive use of the database and supporting programs.
  
  
• If you have a Single User installation and installed the database on a network server you must run the update on the server.
  
  
• If you have a Multi-User installation you must first run the update on the server, then on all workstations.
  
  
• If you use the Briefcase feature, all briefcase systems need to install this product update. If you have files waiting to be checked-in, complete the check-in process before installing this update. Briefcase files must be checked in and out using the same product version.
