If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any single-user product purchased directly from KnowledgePoint, you may receive a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling).

To Return Boxed Products
Simply contact KnowledgePoint Customer Service at kp@knowledgepoint.com or (707) 762-0333 within 60 days of the invoice date to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Write the number on the outside of your shipping box, return the product postage prepaid and insured and enclose a copy of the invoice. The product must be returned in re-sellable condition in the original packaging.

To Return Downloaded Products
You will need to request a Letter of Destruction (LOD). To obtain an LOD contact KnowledgePoint Customer Service at kp@knowledgepoint.com or (707) 762-0333 within 60 days of the invoice date and request an LOD.

Fill out and return your LOD to KnowledgePoint within 60 days of the purchase date, and we will issue a credit to you within three business days. (KnowledgePoint uses the postmark or fax date of the returned LOD to determine compliance.)

Any credit to your account will appear on your credit card statement. Credits usually require between three and five business days to register with your bank after an LOD has been issued.
