Technical Consulting
In addition to standard technical support, KnowledgePoint
offers its Performance Impact Workplace customers the services
of our Professional Services Group (PSG), a team of technical
experts dedicated exclusively to high-level support and issue
resolution for Performance Impact Workplace. Each Performance
Impact Workplace
customer is assigned to a PSG engineer
who can provide support on more in-depth questions, available
on an hourly fee basis.
