KnowledgePoint also provides an Online Support Center that offers:

  • A searchable database of known product issues
  • A listing of known issues by product
  • Downloadable utilities and software fixes

Technical Consulting

In addition to standard technical support, KnowledgePoint offers its Performance Impact Workplace customers the services of our Professional Services Group (PSG), a team of technical experts dedicated exclusively to high-level support and issue resolution for Performance Impact Workplace. Each Performance Impact Workplace customer is assigned to a PSG engineer who can provide support on more in-depth questions, available on an hourly fee basis.

Maintenance

Our one-year, renewable maintenance plan includes:

  • Ongoing technical support for product-related issues
  • Free, in-version product maintenance updates
