Performance Impact Enterprise

We keep up-to-date with changes in the marketplace and continually test Performance Impact Enterprise with the latest releases of system support software. Additionally, white papers are provided on a regular basis to help your IT staff support and maintain Performance Impact.

Technical Support

Available as part of your standard maintenance plan, our technical support team is your first line of support for basic product-related technical questions.

Online Support Center

KnowledgePoint also provides an Online Support Center that offers:

  • A searchable database of known product issues
  • A listing of known issues by product
  • Downloadable utilities and software fixes

Technical Consulting

In addition to standard technical support, KnowledgePoint offers its Performance Impact Enterprise customers the services of our Professional Services Group (PSG), a team of technical experts dedicated exclusively to high-level support and issue resolution for Performance Impact. Each Performance Impact Enterprise customer (hosted or intranet) is assigned to a PSG engineer who can provide support on more in-depth questions, available on an hourly fee basis.

Professional Services Group representatives are also available on a fee basis to consult with your organization’s internal technical experts regarding technical planning, design and system analysis. PSG representatives will review physical and system requirements, and make recommendations for appropriate hardware and software solutions for successful system implementation.

Maintenance

Leverage the investment you have made in your performance management system with the benefits afforded by a maintenance contract.

Intranet customers

Customers who choose to install Performance Impact Enterprise on their own server and access the software through their company intranet receive a one-year, renewable maintenance plan that includes:

  • Ongoing technical support for product-related issues
  • Free, in-version product maintenance updates
  • Installation and technical support for maintenance updates

Hosted customers

Customers who choose to have KnowledgePoint host their Performance Impact Enterprise software and data receive a one-year, renewable maintenance plan that includes:

  • Installation on Vurv Express servers, completed entirely by our technical staff of IT and database experts
  • Free, in-version product maintenance updates managed by Vurv Express technical staff
  • Data conversion managed by Vurv Express technical staff

An optional Data Delivery Service is also available for hosted customers. Through this service, KnowledgePoint can update Performance Impact Enterprise with data from your organization’s HRIS, as well download data from Performance Impact for use in your HRIS.
