When you select Performance Impact Enterprise, you gain the potential to achieve
remarkable improvements in workforce performance, retention rates, and manager-employee
communication – changes that have a direct effect on your bottom line.
But before you can realize these benefits, you'll need to resolve a multitude of important issues – the type that arise with any organization-wide change initiative involving new technologies and work processes. Who will have access to which types of data? How much customization will be required? What type of training program fits your needs? Should you start with a pilot program, a staged rollout, or a full implementation? What are the goals for your new system, and how will you monitor and measure results?
The success of your Performance Impact Enterprise implementation – and
return on investment – hinges on finding the right answers
to these and a host of other questions. That's why KnowledgePoint
offers the Design and Planning Service (DPS). When you choose
DPS, you're matched to a KnowledgePoint Senior Consultant
with many years' experience in designing and implementing performance
management systems.
From the nuts and bolts of configuring your system and training your administration team, to creating a detailed implementation plan, to anticipating and addressing change management issues – your Senior Consultant will be there to guide you every step of the way.
